Lookie what came in the mail today!!!
A lovely package from WA from Lisa! The socks are really beautiful, I love the yarn and the colors and the fit is just perfect. She also sent a cute card, a Mary Engelbreit writing pad (how’d you know I love ME?) and a cute bar of french vanilla soap. Lisa, you apologized for not sending the yarn band, but truly, I never thought of doing that, so don’t worry about that. I am thrilled. I tried to go to your blog to find out who you are and to thank you, but the link isn’t working for some reason.
I am waiting for a pair of Skechers clear bicycle shoes and I can’t wait to wear these socks with them, I really like them a lot! Thank you!

Nice, nice, nice!! I really like the yarn – in fact – I believe I used it myself on a pair of socks way back when. I wonder if it’s Koigu?

Lovely!!! This is as much fun as putting my own package together! Love seeing all the pretty things people send. I have since learned to knit 2 socks on 2 circulars and I absolutely love it. Can’t wait for another swap.

WOW – those socks really are great! I’m not a pastel person but can still see the beauty of the color combinations. This is a good example where giving is as much fun as receiving!
